What is our Return policy?

• NO REFUNDS.STORE CREDIT ONLY. Due to our items being custom/handmade, orders can not be changed, cancelled, or exchanged once payment is made.

What is our production and shipping times?

• Processing time for orders other than customer orders is 3-5 business days. For all personalized items and custom orders our processing time is 5 - 10 business days. Shipping can be an additional 3 - 6 business days. COVID-19 Notice - We are processing and shipping orders without delay, however, due to COVID-19 there may be delays in the actual delivery of your order due to USPS and UPS experiencing unusually high volume and service disruptions. All of our orders are shipped via United Parcel Service and United Postal Service. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships. 

What are our Shipping charges?

• We offer a flat rate shipping charge of 8.95. This is for all orders less than 3 items. For orders of 3 items or more the shipping charge of 8.95 is subject to change due to the size of the order.

• PROMOTION CODE HAS TO BE ENTERED AT TIME OF CHECKOUT TO RECIEVE OFFER FOR FREE SHIPPING. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 

 What forms of payment do we accept?

• We accept the standard Visa, Master, Discover and American Express cards. Payments are due at the time the order is submitted. Incorrect billing and card information may cause delay in the processing time of your order.

• ONLY For custom orders we accept PayPal as a payment option, full payment is required upon placing your order. If Paypal is chosen for your form of payment a Paypal processing fee of $5.00 will be added to your invoice total. 

What is Kreation Kash?

• Kreation Kash is our loyalty program here at Sista Sista Kreations that we have created as a THANK YOU, for choosing us to shop with! 
• Kreation Kash is earned every time you shop and for referrals! You will earn 5 points for every dollar spent. When you reach a certain number of points those points can be redeemed for Kreation perks such as:   

• KREATION KASH DOES NOT EXPIRE. KREATION KASH CANNOT BE COMBINED WITH ANY OTHER OFFERS. KREATION CASH CAN BE USED ON CLEARANCE AND SALE ITEMS. WHEN REDEEMING KREATION KASH FOR MONEY OFF, YOUR PURCHASE HAS TO EQUAL OR EXCEED THE AMOUNT OFF BEFORE TAXES.
