Refund Policy

RETURNS

NO REFUNDS.STORE CREDIT ONLY. 

ALL RETURNS WILL HAVE A 10% RESTOCKING FEE, DUE TO ALL ORDERS BEING HAND MADE. THIS RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR STORE CREDIT REFUND TOTAL. 

Our refund policy lasts 15 days. The 15 days starts the day that your purchase is delivered. After 15 days, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund for store credit. 

To be eligible for a return your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original tags attached.

Items that are not eligible for return are listed below:

*Custom Kreations Inquiry Form items

*Mugs, Cups

*Gift Cards 

*Downloadable files and software products 

*Clearance items 

 

A “RETURN” form is required to be completed for ALL returns. This form was included in your order. Ship this form and unused items back to the address on your invoice.

Please note:

*If the “Return” form is not completed and sent with your items your return will not be processed.

*You are responsible for shipping charges to return your items and it is highly recommended you ship items back using a tracking number and shipping insurance. 


You will only be eligible for a PARTIAL REFUND if:

*Any item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts (for reasons not due to our error), tags have been removed. 


REFUNDS

Once we recieve your return and it is inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). That email will also include the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If approved, we will process you stored credit and you will receive a store credit via email. This store credit will expire after 180 days, starting the day you recieve your store credit. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to contact you in reference to your refund after your return has been delivered.

As stated above, you will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return your item(s). And it is highly recommended that you use a tracking number and shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your items and are not held responsible for any items not received.
